Each location is full of animals, all of them ready to tell you something about themselves.

During our visit we weren't able to access all of the cave system and they reduced the entrance fee.What better way to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend-what many consider to be the unofficial beginning of summer-than with a week devoted to the amazing animals that make their homes on local shorelines? Have a look at the craft stall after you emerge. Take appropriate shoes (preferably something waterproof with some ankle support)ģ. Call ahead (or ask your hotel to) to make sure that it's open (depends on the tide)Ģ. and this is all in the privacy of your own party.ġ. The cave openings offer an unrivalled view of swirling water, cliffs et al. There are puddles, there are obstacles, and there is some scrabbling about (the latter being option) but it's all worthwhile. Whilst you might anticipate that you'd then follow a man made path you'd be wrong the guide helps you across the undulating natural floor. You then descend a small flight of steep stairs (created by enlarging a natural blow hole) into the cave system underneath. Upon arrival you need to pay for your tickets and then you'll have a short wait whilst they allocate you own personal guide (one per group). 
Situated at the northern tip of the island this visit offers the cave system, some great sea views and a bit of an adventure. Our initial reaction was that it was just another cave but I'm really glad that we visited. Searching through the various tourist attractions on offer in Barbados we came across the Animal Flower cave. WE DO ADVISE THE ELDERLY AND THOSE NOT FIRM ON THEIR FEET TO STAY 'UP TOP'AND ENJOY THE SCENERY AND MAYBE A RUM PUNCH OR TWO! WE DO SEND A GUIDE WITH EACH TOUR TO AIDE PEOPLE AS NEEDED. NOTE : THE CAVE IS A NATURAL SEA CAVE - IT IS SLIPPERY, IT IS WET, IT IS A SEA CAVE.
There is now a new restaurant on site and seating area with panoramic sea views, there is a children's playpark too so plan to spend some time with us enjoying the cool sea breezes and the fabulous views that we love to share with you all.

The views from the naturally formed windows out to the ocean are fabulous so bring your camera too. Make sure you bring your swim wear and towels. You can even swim inside the largest rock pool inside the cave which a fantastic adventure all by itself. The cave got its name from the tube worms that are found in its many rock pools, these are seasonal however so not always in residence, regardless the cave itself is still well worth a visit. Located at the most northerly tip of the Island is the Animal Flowr Cave where the coastal scenery is spectacular. WE DO ADVISE THE ELDERLY AND THOSE NOT FIRM ON THEIR FEET TO STAY 'UP TOP'AND ENJOY THE SCENERY AND MAYBE A RUM PUNCH OR TWO! A Natural Wonder of Barbados not to be missed.
